4. Donation Policy & Refunds

All financial contributions made to Uplift Foundation are non-refundable. However, in the event of an accidental double-charge or unauthorized transaction during processing, the donor must submit a refund query with bank documentation to mailus@upliftfoundation.in within 7 working days. Refund reviews will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

5. Termination of Access

Uplift Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to all or any part of this website without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the terms of this agreement or your use of the website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai (Bombay), Maharashtra, India.
