100% Volunteer-Driven. No Salaries. No Fixed Overhead.
Uplift Foundation was born from a simple belief: charity should not be a corporate venture. We have zero fixed employees, pay no salaries, and maintain no physical offices. Our administrative costs are less than 1%—covering only essential regulatory filing fees.
This means that when you donate, 100% of your fund transfers directly to school fee accounts, food suppliers, or sports coaching kits. We are professionals who fund our own travel and administrative needs out of pocket, dedicating our skills to create actual change.

Absolute Transparency
Every transaction, banking receipt, and approval letter is publicly declared. We maintain clear audit logs for donors to see exactly where their support goes.
Path to Independence
We do not believe in short-term handouts. We provide the tools—education, digital skills, nutrition, and discipline—that help individuals become self-reliant.
Grass-roots Focus
We work directly in tribal settlements and urban slums. Our volunteers are on the ground weekly to monitor progress and maintain direct personal contact.
Meet Our Managing Team
Mukul Jain
An established investment banker who has worked with leading institutions, he later founded his own successful financial venture. He also serves as visiting faculty at various B-schools. As a Founder Member and Managing Trustee of Uplift Foundation, he dedicates his execution expertise to building self-reliant communities.
Kiranjot Rawal
An accomplished investment banker, she began her career as an equity research analyst and later founded a boutique investment banking entity. As a Founder Member and Trustee, she initiated the formation of Uplift Foundation to address deep disparities in living standards and organize systematic grass-roots support.
Prabha Kataria
A professional lawyer practicing company and real estate law since 2007. Having worked with top-tier corporate law firms, she now manages her independent legal practice, advising corporates on legal compliance and governance strategies while overseeing Uplift's regulatory frameworks.
